Previously at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, I improved healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR integrations while supporting OnBase ECM, Epic, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements. I led UAT, requirements traceability, patient-data migration, and KPI reporting for clinical and revenue-cycle initiatives.

My work with Rapid Finance, Best Buy, and Revecore spans ERP modernization, financial reporting, e-commerce integrations, supply-chain workflows, and healthcare claims processing. I use SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, APIs, Agile delivery, and clear functional documentation to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.
