I’m a Business Analyst and Business Systems Analyst known for translating business needs into clear requirements, process flows, testable specifications, and implementation support. I keep delivery aligned from discovery through release by connecting stakeholders, risks, and outcomes into actionable plans.

Over multiple roles spanning insurance operations and healthcare-adjacent systems, I lead requirements elicitation and workflow analysis—building user stories, acceptance criteria, and gap analyses that engineering teams can execute. I also support SDLC activities including walkthroughs, approvals, implementation actions, and issue research.

I’ve coordinated UAT/SIT efforts, created test scripts and test cases, managed defect tracking, and monitored release readiness. I use SQL and Excel validation to confirm outputs, improve reporting accuracy, and identify data or process issues before release.

Beyond analysis, I document current/future state processes and training materials to drive adoption and readiness. I’ve also rebuilt and validated legacy spreadsheet-based reporting logic during transformation work and acted as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring cross-functional clarity and momentum.
