I’m a results-driven Project Manager / Project Leader with 8+ years owning end-to-end delivery lifecycles across AI, telecom (5G), enterprise security (SIEM), and messaging platforms. I’m known for defining scope and acceptance criteria, building delivery plans, and driving stakeholder alignment from initiation through release.

At OpenText, I served as sole Project Lead for an AI security scanning product deployed across all OpenText product lines. I owned charter and roadmap execution, managed cross-functional dependencies, maintained RAG status tracking, and ensured on-time, on-scope delivery through executive stakeholder reporting and delivery gate sign-off.

I also drive high-impact automation and developer enablement—designing a GitHub Copilot agent to automate FHNG audit issue review and earn a formal High Five Award (May 2026). I later initiated and delivered Code Scribe, an LLM documentation platform, translating developer pain points into a prioritized backlog (RICE) and delivering measurable reductions in manual documentation and ramp-up time.

Across prior programs, I led distributed Scrum teams (India + US), handled customer escalations end-to-end, and owned release validation and production sign-off. From scaled Agile delivery (SAFe-aligned) at Radisys (Jio) to 5G NSSF enhancements at Samsung and reliability improvements via automated testing at Altran, I consistently combine agile governance with technical fluency to deliver measurable outcomes.
