At IBM, I managed parallel web and mobile workstreams for Horizon’s core member portal applications, delivering a unified experience for claims, digital ID cards and telehealth services across multiple business lines.

Earlier, I orchestrated SAFe execution for Telstra’s digital transformation at Infosys and coordinated an OpenStack/VMware cloud migration pilot for Ericsson at Tata Consultancy Services. The pilot delivered ~35K annual hardware usage-hour savings and earned me the Best Project Manager award.
