What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end delivery and Agile transformations, combining SAFe/Scrum coaching with AI (Microsoft Copilot and generative AI) to improve planning accuracy, predictability, and engineering productivity in complex, high-criticality programs.

I’m an executive delivery leader with 27 years of IT experience, including 11+ years driving enterprise Agile transformations and large-scale solution delivery. As a SAFe® 5.0 Agilist and Scrum Master, I coach teams to deliver with operational excellence—strengthening governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution predictability.

In my current role as a Senior Project Manager, I lead end-to-end firmware delivery for multi-function printers—owning lifecycle development, feature enhancements, defect resolution, customer escalations, and release quality. I direct cross-functional global teams to maintain SLA adherence and regulatory compliance, while scaling Agile maturity through coaching and continuous improvement. I also spearhead AI-enabled transformation by adopting Microsoft Copilot and generative AI for planning, backlog grooming, estimation, risk prediction, and defect triage to boost throughput and quality.

Previously, I’ve served as an Agile Coach and Delivery Manager, and as a SAFe Release Train Engineer leading a 100-member Agile Release Train across distributed Scrum teams. I’ve owned PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt activities, enabled CI/CD and metrics transparency, and partnered with leadership to remove impediments and improve business outcomes. Earlier as a Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner, I led multi-team delivery—driving backlog governance, deployment oversight, and sustainable Agile practices across diverse domains while institutionalizing data-driven governance models.
