I'm looking to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional product and platform teams, improving predictability, release coordination, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across technical workstreams.

I'm leading Agile delivery for an enterprise AI platform at HCLTech, coordinating UI/UX, Engineering, DevOps, and MLOps workstreams through sprint execution, release readiness, and delivery governance.

Previously, I led FinTech web and mobile platform delivery at Finvasia and supported multiple healthcare B2B platform squads at Firminiq Systems. I work closely with Product Owners and technical leaders to turn business needs into prioritized, sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

My approach centers on transparent planning, dependency management, risk resolution, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement. I use Jira dashboards to monitor capacity, velocity, burndown, predictability, risks, and delivery progress.

I also bring hands-on engineering experience from building enterprise security products at Shimento, enterprise applications at CGI, and aviation applications at DXC Technology using Java, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, and microservices.
