What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer support/customer success role where I can deliver high-SLA service, resolve issues at first contact, keep CRM data accurate, and strengthen client onboarding and retention while working independently across time zones.

I’m a customer-focused support and success professional with 6+ years across contact-center, telesales, and client-facing roles. I handle high-volume inquiries, resolve complaints with empathy, and drive strong first-contact outcomes while protecting SLA and QA standards.

In real estate, I manage 30+ active client relationships end to end—tracking leads and follow-ups in CRM, coordinating viewings and documentation, and closing 12+ property transactions through proactive relationship management and clear communication.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened retention by resolving customer issues and keeping CRM records accurate at high call volumes, and I also bring disciplined operations experience from inventory control and virtual executive support. I work independently across time zones and tools, now focused on remote customer support and success roles.
