What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on technical support role in a collaborative company where I can deepen broadband and network troubleshooting skills, take on varied challenges, and contribute to high customer satisfaction and team success.

I am a dedicated desktop support technician with hands-on experience delivering technical assistance for DSL, fibre, mobile broadband, voice, web hosting and fixed-line services.

Since March 2021 I have supported customers at Axxess DSL handling phone, chat, mailbox management, ticketing and in-person and remote troubleshooting. I walk users through application installs and router configuration with clear, step-by-step guidance.

Previously I worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at WNS Global Services and as a Client Service Consultant at ISON BPO, where I troubleshot decoders, managed account activations and updated customer billing details, building strong customer-service skills along the way.

I am eager to grow my technical knowledge, take on new challenges, and contribute reliably to a collaborative team focused on excellent customer outcomes.
