I’m a structured, determined person who thrives in busy environments. I enjoy communicating with both colleagues and customers, and I’m motivated to keep improving every time I’m put to the test.
I bring strong I.T literacy and a passion for ICT programs and computing. I’m confident using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I’ve also used Outlook as part of my training.
In my work experience and training, I’ve built practical customer-focused skills through telephone answering, following instructions, and working with deadlines. I’m a quick learner, a team player, and I’m comfortable taking initiative—especially when it comes to leadership and helping others stay engaged.
