What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a welcoming, well-organised role where I can use my customer service skills, communicate confidently, and work efficiently in a team while continuing to learn and grow.

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, and positive person who enjoys working with people. I find it easy to co-operate in teams, but I can also work individually, staying calm and professional in all situations. Through my Business Administration and Creative Media studies, I gained strong office-based skills and the ability to apply what I learn in different situations.

I’ve built experience as a customer assistant and sales associate, including being the first point of contact for customers, using a till, working at a fast pace, and handling money. I’m confident dealing with difficult customers, assisting team managers with assigned tasks, and staying organised with stock rotation and stock replenishment. I also bring touch typing, excellent phone manner, and much experience with word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
