I am a dedicated Human Capital Management student with hands-on experience in HR operations, employee record management, and customer-facing roles. I bring strong analytical thinking, communication, and a commitment to data confidentiality.

During my People Operation internship at CBRE APAC Business Services, I maintained HR databases, prepared HR letters, tracked contract expiries, administered leave transactions, and handled digital filing and stamping processes.

My prior roles in customer service and operations — as a Grab driver and AEON shoe promoter — strengthened my client service, multitasking, and inventory management abilities while helping me meet targets and maintain high satisfaction ratings.

I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and practical HR experience to contribute to an HR team, support recruitment and performance management processes, and help drive employee engagement and operational efficiency.
