At Fitxcapes Sdn Bhd (Engage Life), I manage HR operations including payroll, leave applications, claims, employee records, and agreements. I also coordinate recruitment interviews and support onboarding and offboarding.
I implemented a new system to streamline claims and leave applications, and refined employee agreements and offer letters. I also collaborate with management on HR workflows and policy improvements.
My work includes organising monthly employee engagement and wellness activities. I’ve also supported the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Before moving into HR, I worked in operations at Fitxcapes Sdn Bhd (Engage Life), managing operational data and later overseeing the operations team and client accounts. I hold a Bachelor in Psychology (Honours) from Quest International University and am an HRD Certified Trainer (Accredited).
