At the family business, I support daily operations, customer service, stock monitoring, and record keeping. I also handle customer inquiries, invoicing, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

As a Full-Time Crew Member at Wallace Malaysia, I managed daily operations independently and trained and guided new staff members. I also provided customer service while helping maintain an efficient workflow.

For my Organisational Behaviour Project, I analysed employee motivation and teamwork dynamics and proposed recommendations to improve workplace performance.

In my Food Loop sustainable business proposal, I conducted competitor and external market analysis for a food-redistribution platform. I also researched supplier onboarding, restaurant participation strategies, and stakeholder incentives.
