What I'm looking for
I am an experienced access management and customer-support professional with a strong background in IT service delivery and airline operations. Over several years I have progressed from frontline support roles to subject matter expert and acting project lead positions.
At Tata Consultancy Services I worked as a Subject Matter Expert and acting project lead, responsible for profile creation and management, administering and auditing user access rights, and coordinating access for external partners. I built processes to record and report access activity and enhanced permissions where required.
Previously I supported airline reservations using Amadeus and Sabre, assisting passengers with bookings and itinerary changes, and worked in technical support for Symantec/Norton where I managed remote troubleshooting, installations and deactivations. I also have experience as an insurance associate handling customer billing and policy explanations.
