I’m looking to lead IAM and service delivery work where secure identity governance, ITIL operational rigor, and compliance outcomes matter. I want to improve SLA/KPI performance, drive RCA-driven remediation, and mentor teams in global enterprise environments.

I’m a high-impact IAM leader with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years as a Senior Identity and Access Administrator. I specialize in Identity & Access Management (IAM), service delivery excellence, ITIL operations, and compliance governance across global enterprise environments.

In my current role as Service Manager / Team Lead (IAM), I orchestrate high-scale IAM service request delivery while maintaining 100% SLA and KPI adherence. I lead operational excellence initiatives, resolve process bottlenecks to improve administrative efficiency, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-severity issues with long-term remediation strategies.

Earlier at IBM India Pvt Ltd, I directed end-to-end IAM lifecycle management—provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning—while governing change management and problem management workflows for enterprise security incidents. I also executed compliance reviews and internal audits, managed mass access requests and recertifications, and led onboarding, mentoring, and training to strengthen team performance.
