At HCL Tech, I administer Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. I also lead a team of 14+ engineers and manage endpoint compliance and deployments.
I built Bash and shell-script automation for daily Jamf inventory and application compliance reports. I also automated packaging from .dmg to .pkg and built installers using Jamf Pro Composer.
Across my endpoint engineering work, I’ve managed environments with more than 10,000 macOS devices and delivered 800+ application packaging projects. I’ve deployed security tools including SentinelOne, Proofpoint, and Nexthink.
My earlier roles included Jamf administration at Tata Consultancy Services, Tier 3 macOS support at Tecplix Technologies, and team leadership at Wipro Limited and Inknowtech Pvt Ltd. I’m certified in ITIL 4, Jamf management and security, and Microsoft endpoint and Azure administration.
