I’m a Microsoft Intune specialist with 8 years in enterprise endpoint management. I’ve led a 80,000-endpoint MECM-to-Intune migration at TCS and I’m currently architecting zero-trust, cloud-native UEM solutions at HCLTech.
My strength is delivering end-to-end outcomes across the Microsoft stack—Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Autopatch, and Conditional Access. I reduce operational overhead through PowerShell automation and self-healing endpoint frameworks that keep management reliable at scale.
At HCLTech, I architected cross-platform UEM rollout (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Intune, Autopilot, and ABM to achieve zero-touch deployment. I also designed an enterprise-wide zero-trust security framework using Conditional Access, Endpoint Security Baselines, and identity governance via Entra ID.
Previously at TCS, I led end-to-end migration of 80,000+ endpoints from MECM to Microsoft Intune with zero downtime and full policy parity. I built automation libraries and proactive remediation scripts, including self-patching architecture with Windows Autopatch adaptive update rings to shrink vulnerability exposure windows.

Implemented zero-touch provisioning using Autopilot/ABM, automated Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades for 30,000+ devices via Autopatch rings, and delivered self-healing endpoint operations through advanced PowerShell remediation scripts.
Provided Intune SME guidance to global admins on endpoint architecture, escalation handling, and complex break-fix troubleshooting. Designed GPO-to-Intune enrollment for legacy Windows migration, integrated Jamf with Intune for unified Apple management, and standardized MDM troubleshooting to reduce global ticket resolution time.
Managed Intune operations across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including device health, policy sync, and compliance monitoring. Established endpoint troubleshooting best practices that improved first-contact resolution for MDM-related issues.
