I’m an operations-focused professional with 3+ years coordinating service delivery, vendor communication, scheduling, and documentation across customer service, travel, and administrative operations. I’m known for managing multiple moving parts at once—tracking work orders, following up with vendors and stakeholders, and resolving issues before they affect delivery timelines.
In my most recent role, I coordinate training quality assurance and student satisfaction tracking, then translate structured feedback into actionable follow-up for internal teams. I also plan and execute events end-to-end, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-day delivery, while maintaining MIS records for accurate reporting.
