I’m an Operations and Project Management professional with 6+ years of experience leading operations coordination, vendor relationships, reporting systems, procurement activities, and process improvement initiatives across construction, infrastructure, facilities, and business operations environments.

In my current role as Operations Coordinator at Akrit Nirman Sewa, I manage end-to-end operational coordination for multiple infrastructure and building projects valued at NPR 110+ Million—ensuring timely execution, vendor coordination, and operational compliance. I build and maintain project tracking systems, progress dashboards, and documentation workflows that improve reporting accuracy and visibility for leadership.

I’ve coordinated cross-functional teams—including engineers, contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and vendors—to resolve issues quickly and keep milestones on track. I also lead process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, streamlining coordination activities, and supporting leadership with operational analysis, resource planning, risk identification, and corrective action recommendations.

Previously, as a Project Operations Coordinator at Veerbhadra Construction & Engineering Services, I handled daily operations across commercial, residential, embassy, and interior fit-out projects, including operational reports, inspection documentation, timeline monitoring, and QA/QC & compliance support. Earlier, in operations support roles, I supported BOQ preparation, cost/quantity documentation, budgeting coordination, and procurement tracking—strengthening my analytical approach and execution discipline.
