At Salesforce.com India Pvt. Ltd., I lead India talent ecosystem and workforce development strategy, building partnerships across academia, EdTech, training organizations, GSIs, and employers. In FY25, I scaled the Workforce Partner ecosystem by onboarding 14 partners and enabling 10,000+ learners.
I also built and scaled Partner Career Connections, linking learners, partners, and employers to support placement and hiring outcomes. Through GSI partnerships, I expanded pathways from Salesforce skilling and certification to employment across 8+ hiring organizations.
At Esri India Technologies Ltd., I led the Education vertical’s partnerships, market development, and growth strategy. Strategic university partnerships drove approximately 30% YoY growth, while Centres of Excellence and academic collaborations supported GIS education and industry-aligned capability development.
Earlier at Esri, I led the Training Services Business Unit, delivering 15% business growth and expanding its portfolio to 10+ programs reaching 30+ customers. At Almamate Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I led digital learning transformation through Moodle-based training solutions; before that, I delivered enterprise training at Path Infotech Ltd. and IT education at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management & Research.
