At Incedo Inc., I lead a team of five L&D professionals and oversee learning programs across the organization. I owned learning strategy and program planning for 3,500+ employees, turning business capability requirements into learning roadmaps and development initiatives.
I introduced AI-enabled learning workflows to support content development and personalized learning journeys. I also managed POSH learning and compliance initiatives and worked with senior leaders and business stakeholders on capability needs.
At Publicis Sapient, I developed learning strategies and programs across regions, including organization-wide initiatives such as the Architect Development Programs (Top Gun Academy) and Security Learning Programs. I also managed LMS interventions, learning reports and dashboards, and learning budgets, and delivered Excel and Power Query training.
