Owned the backlog and sprint goals for a 9-person Scrum team delivering digital banking and Zelle payment features, from refinement and sprint planning through UAT and production release. Defined onboarding and returning-customer authentication flows with fraud and cybersecurity teams using RSA risk-based authentication, MFA, and device recognition for 1M+ users.

Led the digital Property Tax Arbitration System from discovery to go-live, replacing a paper-based process. Built ServiceNow dashboards to track performance and resolved 200+ post-launch issues.

Delivered the Modern Banking Platform (MBP), a cloud core banking platform on AWS, Azure, and GCP covering deposits, lending, mortgage, wealth, and capital markets for financial institutions. Wrote business rules and requirements for complex products with 170+ transaction tabs and 70+ conditions per tab, and led PI Planning and backlog refinement across teams.

Customized the Dovetail and Enterprise Payment Platforms for ACH, RTP, ISO 20022, Fedwire, and SWIFT (MT/MX), enabling real-time and cross-border payments in line with Federal Reserve, CHIPS, and TCH rules. Defined exception management for payment returns and rejects to reduce manual reconciliation and integrated it with Salesforce CRM.

Migrated 250K+ life, annuity, and reinsurance policies from legacy FAST and LifeCad systems using data mapping and transformation controls, with zero data loss. Owned policy administration, underwriting, premium, and claims capabilities, and delivered quarterly and annual statements for clients.

Mapped the end-to-end client journey with financial advisors, from onboarding and risk profiling through portfolio construction, trade execution, and monitoring, into requirements for advisor planning tools. Led multi-LOB initiatives across retail and commercial banking, mortgage, securities-based lending, capital markets, and fraud prevention on Salesforce and Oracle.
