What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own 0-to-1 product delivery end-to-end—especially financial and AI products—where I can define roadmap, requirements, and API contracts with real autonomy and technical depth, partnering closely with stakeholders to ship measurable outcomes.

I’m a product owner who builds financial products from the ground up, with more than a decade in banking and financial services. I take ownership from customer journey flows and wireframes to the API contracts that make the experience real.

At Jenius Bank (SMBC), I led analysis and roadmap for a new credit-card launch and own the middleware platform strategy connecting digital channels to core banking systems. I authored requirements and technical specifications for 15+ REST and GraphQL APIs, integrated MX for external account aggregation (cutting external account-linking failure rates by over 50%), and rolled out GitHub Copilot to reduce gRPC integration and schema-build work from 5-point to 1-point stories.

Before that, at First Citizens Bank, I designed and launched digital account-opening products end to end—building journey flows and API interaction specifications that tripled customer volumes and cut application completion time by 50%. I also build and ship my own AI products solo, and I bring the technical depth of a former analyst and platform owner into every product decision.
