At FIS, I’m the sole product owner for three teams building systems for NYCE, FIS’ debit payments network. I’ve led planning and delivery across capabilities including settlement, transaction messaging, reporting, and client-facing websites.
When planning data was disconnected, I engineered a Microsoft Copilot workflow that reconciles enterprise data and team rules, reducing capacity reviews from hours to minutes. I also built an AI workflow that drafts Jira-ready stories, compressing backlog decomposition from days to hours.
I redesigned NYCE’s PI closeout with the Release Train Engineer so leadership could measure delivery accurately, consistently meeting or exceeding the 80% target. Earlier, I created a Jira/Kanban production-readiness workflow that improved visibility and eliminated missed handoffs.
Before FIS, I worked in retail banking and consumer lending. At BMO Harris Bank, I developed a data-driven prospecting process, and at Marine Credit Union I structured lower-risk loan alternatives for members facing complex credit situations.
