Led requirements development for enterprise mortgage software initiatives, translating business and compliance needs into user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and testable acceptance criteria. Partnered with product, engineering, QA, implementation, and client stakeholders across multiple scrum teams to manage dependencies, validate functionality, and mitigate release risks.

Served as product owner/business analyst for retirement transaction workflows including withdrawals, rollovers, required minimum distributions, product loans, communications, transmissions, and forms. Designed end-to-end workflow software for major retirement transactions and created SOPs and UAT processes while supporting a transition from waterfall to agile delivery.

Provided inbound retirement guidance for 200+ customers per week as a licensed representative for variable annuities and life insurance, answering ~30,000 calls with a 0% defect rate and exceeding daily call averages by 166%. Produced and rolled out standard work documents and trained/mentored Denver teams using lean process improvement to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Managed build-site schedules, vendor coordination, and project timelines to keep construction aligned with master plans. Automated supply management with a centralized online tracking system, improving communication and quality control while developing a project management site to streamline onboarding and collaboration across subsidiaries and partners.

Built and launched AgentShieldHQ.com by using AI-assisted product development workflows to define positioning, product concept, demo experience, and implementation steps. Applied generative AI, prompt-driven prototyping, and risk scoring logic to refine MVP scope and plan go-to-market for an AI security and trust-layer concept.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics (concurrent) from the University of Wyoming, completed in June 2006.
