What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, cross-functional role where I can create and validate API-focused documentation and turn data/ETL insights into clear guides—partnering with engineering, QA, and product through Agile releases.

I’m a Senior Technical Content Writer and Data Analyst with 20+ years across IT and academia, focused on turning complex engineering into clear, accurate documentation. I produce API references, developer guides, release notes, knowledge bases, and user manuals that teams and end-users can actually use.

At Torana Inc., I owned a growing SaaS documentation suite end-to-end—researching, writing, and maintaining user manuals, API integration guides, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and training content. Embedded with the engineering team during sprint cycles, I captured feature changes from stand-ups and design reviews, tested REST endpoints with Postman, and ensured content stayed accurate across release versions.

I also improved how teams onboard and find answers by designing onboarding workshops, governing Confluence taxonomy with templates and standards, and validating documentation against functional requirements.
