I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can own high-volume inbound/outbound interactions, drive first-call resolution and retention, and use HubSpot and multi-channel support to deliver empathetic, white-glove service.

I’m a customer-focused call center professional with 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality inbound and outbound support in remote environments. I’m trusted for client retention, first call resolution, empathetic communication, and handling high-volume phone interactions with professionalism.

In my most recent role as a Customer Support Representative (Remote), I proactively identified, analysed, and resolved complaints and escalations to achieve consistent first call resolution rates. I supported clients via phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining accurate client records, interaction logs, and account updates using HubSpot CRM and digital ticketing systems.
