What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support and improve customer-facing SaaS, cloud, and AI platforms through incident response, automation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and product teams.

I've supported DataRobot's AutoML and Agentic AI Platform for 500+ enterprise customers across EMEA, resolving complex cloud, API, Kubernetes, authentication, networking, and deployment issues while maintaining 98% SLA compliance.

I build Python scripts, internal tools, Streamlit apps, and AI support automations that speed up investigation, ticket sorting, solution finding, customer replies, escalations, and QA workflows. My work spans Linux, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, SDKs, REST APIs, and on-premises environments.

Previously, I supported AI and machine-learning platforms at Xalta Tech, logistics systems at Centiro, Amazon Music, and SaaS environments at ElderMonk. I enjoy diagnosing live incidents, collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams, and making future investigations faster through practical troubleshooting workflows and documentation.
