At Teradata, I deliver enterprise technical support for global B2B clients across AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, and on-prem environments.
I manage 75–125 tickets per week with SLA adherence and independently resolve approximately 90% of Level 1 incidents. I investigate infrastructure, networking, authentication, and application issues through log analysis, system alerts, and structured incident management.
I collaborate with engineering and product teams on recurring issues, support SAML, LDAP, and SSO integrations, and maintain knowledge-base documentation. I also provide remote assistance to onsite engineers across APAC, EMEA, and AMR and mentor new hires on process flow.
