I’m looking to lead PMO and project delivery that improves operational efficiency, strengthens stakeholder communication, and delivers on time and within budget—using Agile/Waterfall governance, risk management, and change management.

I’m a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 10 years of experience scaling projects and improving team performance across Telecom, E-Commerce, and Healthcare. I bring a proactive, accomplishment-driven approach—leveraging project management, training, and transformation initiatives to deliver measurable success.

At Wipro Ltd., I contributed as a Service Manager, directing project execution to align with strategic goals while cultivating ongoing improvement and collaboration. I shifted from training into deeper project leadership, building strong capabilities in strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, including leading a transformative initiative that boosted operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Today, I focus heavily on PMO governance and execution: implementing PMO templates, reporting cadence, documentation standards, and audit-ready records.
