What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead PMO, portfolio governance, and transformation delivery work where I can strengthen controls, improve reporting and data quality, manage risks and financials, and partner with senior stakeholders on complex global change initiatives.

At HSBC's Global Capability Centre, I lead delivery governance for an AI implementation in the bank's contact centre, coordinating Transformation, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. I run governance forums, track OKRs, RAID, financial performance, milestones, and change control to keep Value Stream outcomes on plan.

Previously at Deutsche Bank and Capco Technologies, I directed end-to-end PMO and portfolio governance for banking change initiatives, including a 25+ initiative, $15M regulatory portfolio. I delivered 18 projects in 2023 with 100% compliance to timelines and budgets and helped establish governance structures that improved RAID and KCI metrics by 10%.

Across 15+ years in banking and technology organisations, I have built PMO processes, dashboards, delivery roadmaps, financial reporting, and governance artefacts while leading teams across workstreams and geographies. I'm PMP, CSM, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, focused on practical controls, clear reporting, and delivery excellence.
