I'm currently driving PMO operations at Accenture Solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, track KPIs and milestones, and keep deliverables aligned with business objectives.

I use performance dashboards, risk and issue management, project documentation, and compliance practices to improve project health and remove delivery bottlenecks. I also deliver knowledge-transfer sessions for new joiners and help teams apply effective tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Before Accenture, I spent more than five years at Tata Consultancy Services across incident management, application management, and PMO responsibilities. That work built my foundation in stakeholder management, governance, reporting, PM tools, and Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Across nine-plus years in IT infrastructure services, I've worked effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while remaining eager to explore new tools and approaches, including AI tools for day-to-day PMO operations.
