What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Cloud Support Engineer role where I can apply AWS troubleshooting, monitoring, Linux administration, and customer communication skills in a live support environment.

I've deployed and documented multi-tier AWS infrastructure across IAM, EC2, EBS, custom AMIs, RDS, S3, VPC, Auto Scaling, and Lambda, modeling production-style environments in sandbox setups. I secured EC2 access with SSH key management and least-privilege IAM policies, and validated scaling behavior under simulated load.

At Cynerza, I qualified 22 B2B leads for AWS services and converted 8 into closed deals. I explained AWS services in live demos and turned client infrastructure requirements into technical proposals, strengthening my customer communication and support-focused problem-solving.

I've also built a Python-based recommendation engine deployed on AWS EC2 and developed predictive models using TensorFlow and Scikit-learn. I'm pursuing the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and looking to bring troubleshooting, monitoring, and communication skills to a live cloud support environment.
