At Amazon Web Services, I guide enterprise customers through AI/ML and Big Data cloud adoption across 15+ AWS services, helping build confidence and long-term account health.

I own high-severity escalations for Tier-1 accounts, coordinating engineering, billing, and development teams to restore production services while keeping customers informed. My customer-facing work has sustained 96%+ positive feedback and 95%+ CSAT, earning the Client Whisperer award.

I've authored internal troubleshooting resources adopted across the organization, mentored and onboarded eight cloud support engineers, and contributed to improving support resource allocation through the VOTE initiative. This work earned me the Golden Compass award for operational excellence.

I also build practical AWS automation, including a Python workflow for cross-account DynamoDB migration using S3 and IAM. My computer vision research on drivable-area detection for autonomous vehicles was accepted at the IEEE PReMI Conference.
