What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR operations role where I can own HRIS and employee transaction accuracy, lead automation and system improvements, and partner across HR/IT/Finance—so I can keep processes fast, compliant, and service-minded.

I’m an HR Operations / HR Admin associate who owns employee life cycle operations and keeps HR data reliable across systems. At Nestlé Business Services, I use ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and SAP to manage activities such as hirings, transfers, promotions, probation confirmations, personal data updates, and separations.

I serve as the reporting SPOC for South Asia, generating ad-hoc reports from SAP and SuccessFactors for stakeholders. I also prepare HRIS for India and Bangladesh, and conduct system testing (including UAT) to drive continuous process enhancements.

I’ve led impactful HR shared services improvements, including the implementation of “Service Now Onboarding.” I ran UAT, delivered training to HR teams across multiple locations, and supported post-launch adoption, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

Beyond life cycle admin, I act as a leave data administration SPOC for India, building quarterly leave upload files, maintaining opening/closing balances, and executing automation for mass uploads in SAP. I also coordinate Total Rewards processes (promotion, STB, and salary review) and contribute to people experience projects by enhancing transfer and separation experiences.
