What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an APAC-facing operations role where I can improve client-facing workflows, automate manual processes, and use Mandarin to coordinate across Greater China, suppliers, sales teams, and stakeholders.

At Morgan Stanley Investment Management, I lead APAC marketing collateral production, audit, and stakeholder management across investment products. I deliver 40+ monthly client-facing materials and use Claude, AEM, and Power BI workflows to eliminate 600 annual hours of manual effort.

Previously at J.P. Morgan Chase, I supported the Taiwan sales desk in Mandarin and English for 25 client advisors, producing 50+ monthly pitch decks, portfolios, and due diligence questionnaires. I also led APAC automation initiatives that expanded collateral throughput by 20% and removed 500 annual manual hours.
