I’m looking to lead data operations and data quality at scale—owning SLA governance, escalation, and workforce planning—while using SQL/Power BI and modern automation/GenAI to improve accuracy, visibility, and delivery reliability.

I’m a Data Operations & Quality leader with 12+ years across Market Research, Data Quality, Finance, and Pharma—built on operational rigor and measurable outcomes. I lead multi-country teams and translate complex data workflows into reliable delivery, clear governance, and strong stakeholder trust.

Most recently, I led a 45-member Data Quality team at Wiser Solutions across APAC and US markets (4 Team Leads). I validate shopper-submitted retail data for Snooper APAC, Snooper US, and Share-of-Voice, while owning workforce planning and capacity modelling at 130 productive hrs/FTE/month. I also drive SLA governance, fraud detection, and escalation management using internal Tableau dashboards for DQ validation and cost metrics.

Previously at NielsenIQ for 7+ years, I delivered 1,000+ FMCG datasets across MEA for major brands, and I drove 100% on-time migration of 3,500+ datasets through the CIP to Discover platform transition across 13 countries. I managed BAU delivery and quality governance across South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria—maintaining 95%+ process compliance and 97–100% data quality, while reducing client tickets from 50 to 8 through workflow optimization and SLA governance.

I combine workforce planning, escalation management, and change management with modern tooling—Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, and GenAI-assisted workflows. During a focused upskilling break, I strengthened my SQL and Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboarding) capabilities and experimented with Claude and Microsoft Copilot for ops workflow automation and QA checklisting.
