I’m seeking an Operations & Marketing Operations role where I can streamline SOP-driven workflows, manage vendors and CRM/lead tracking, and use MS Excel and AI to automate reporting and drive measurable business impact.

I’m a Business Operations & Marketing professional with a B.Com from Delhi University (2026) and 9+ months of internship experience coordinating operations and supporting marketing execution. In remote roles, I’ve managed end-to-end workflows, scheduled tasks, handled vendor outreach and tracking, and supported cross-functional communication to keep marketing campaigns on time.

I bring a data-driven approach to workflow improvement, using Advanced MS Excel Tools, KPI tracking, and MIS reporting to help management make decisions. I also streamline recurring reporting with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and I’ve applied operations and supply-chain thinking through leadership on event logistics and a supply chain case study on Zomato.
