I am a Diploma graduate in Computer Science Engineering from Renganathar Polytechnic College with three years of professional experience across technical support, customer service, and logistics coordination roles.I began my career at Jio Fiber Net Private Limited as a Home Connect Engineer, where I was responsible for fiber installation, troubleshooting network issues, and providing on-site technical support to customers. I then worked at Oppo Sky Electronic Private Ltd as a Customer Support Executive, handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Later, I joined Delight International Movers as a Junior Import Move Coordinator, where I managed import documentation, coordinated international shipments, and communicated with clients and overseas agents.

My key strengths include problem-solving, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team. After taking a short career break due to family responsibilities, I am now eager to restart my professional journey and contribute positively to a growth-oriented organization.
