What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable HR shared-services operations where I can strengthen team capability, improve employee experience, manage risk, and partner across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Legal.

At CleanHarbors, I lead 13–14 HR Operations Specialists supporting employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and HRIS inquiries for US and Canada populations. I sustain 90%+ SLA adherence and 87%+ CSAT/FTR through queue management, coaching, and real-time performance tracking.

I led the clearance of a 4,000-case I-9 compliance backlog within four months, training six specialists while maintaining federal compliance and audit readiness.

Previously, I built HRSS dashboards, standardized SOPs, managed end-to-end I-9 verification, and processed employee lifecycle changes in PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP with zero errors. At Amazon, I led 18–20 associates across India, US, Middle East, and Canada shared-services operations.

I partner with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve systemic issues, reduce risk, and create scalable employee support workflows.
