At Trefoil Packaging Pvt Ltd, I manage centralized operations for a pharmaceutical packaging business, coordinating order execution, production planning and dispatch. I manage the order lifecycle from booking and approvals through production, quality and dispatch.
I coordinate an eight-member operations team and work with Sales/KAM stakeholders, Plant, Commercial, Quality Control and Logistics. I also prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards, and contributed to more structured communication between Sales Coordination and the Plant.
At Jarma Wellness LLP, I managed healthcare screening operations and projects, including project plans for manpower, logistics and inventory. Earlier, I developed SOPs, worked with the IT team to improve EHR systems and applications, and conducted post-project audits and data analysis.
