At Mphasis, I lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement delivery for enterprise clients, turning business requirements into scalable technical configurations across email, mobile, and SMS.

Previously at Capgemini, I delivered full-lifecycle SFMC development across enterprise accounts, from Journey Builder and Automation Studio configuration through QA, UAT, deployment, and post-deployment tracking. I build segmentation and personalization logic with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and Data Extensions, while supporting Salesforce CRM integrations through Marketing Cloud Connect, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

In a recent enterprise journey automation project, I architected reusable email frameworks and automated flows that cut time to deploy by approximately 40%. I also build CRM-integrated audience models that support personalized cross-channel journeys and data-backed stakeholder recommendations.
