At Fiserv, I’m developing the EFTPS online application with Spring Boot microservices and upgrading its front end to Angular 22. I also modernized runtime configuration with a Dynamic Properties tool, removing the need for redeployments when API settings change.
I led a Java 21 upgrade at Fiserv, including code remediation and a mock-testing framework for the migration. I also delivered a RHEL 7-to-9 migration with a blue-green database cutover for a zero-downtime transition.
At the Department of Homeland Security, I developed Spring Boot microservices for vehicle, asset, inventory, and maintenance workflows. I also designed Terraform infrastructure and deployed services to AWS using ECS and Fargate.
Across financial services and government projects, I’ve developed Java services and APIs, modernized legacy applications, and supported production systems. My work has included Kafka messaging, Apache Camel integrations, and cloud deployments on AWS.
