At Helius Technologies (Singlife), I lead Agile transformations, shape organization-level transformation strategies, and align PI objectives with business priorities. I coach Agile practitioners, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to strengthen collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Previously at Amadeus Software Labs, I coached leadership and multiple teams through Agile transformation, using metrics and KPIs in Excel, JIRA, and Azure DevOps. I created 20+ Agile delivery training materials and supported Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, user stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, and BDD practices.
