I'm co-founding B&P Solutions in Kathmandu, where I build a BPO and remote staffing business serving international clients. I develop growth strategies, recruit and manage remote teams, negotiate client agreements, and create real estate database management solutions.

At CloudFactory Nepal, I led a portfolio with approximately $500,000 in monthly recurring revenue and managed a team of eight Project Managers. I improved utilization from 50% to 80% by strengthening capacity planning, delivery processes, and team performance.

Earlier at AtkinsRéalis, I managed forecasting, budgeting, reporting, procurement, billing, and project controls using Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP. I also trained project leaders on forecasting tools, supported ERP initiatives, and contributed to quality-management work toward ISO certification.
