What I'm looking for

I am looking for a project or operations leadership role where I can manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery, improve processes, and work closely with stakeholders for measurable impact.

I am an experienced project manager with a strong background in planning, delivery, and operations across software and services environments. I ramp up quickly on existing development platforms and lead teams through design, debugging, testing, and production support.

Across roles at Virtousway, Deerwalk Services, and others, I have owned project plans, sprint ceremonies, risk mitigation, and monthly retrospective reporting, while coordinating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. I have also taken production decisions and contributed to small development initiatives such as dashboards and operational tooling.

My management experience includes staff mentoring, task estimation, process improvement, and documentation to improve quality and efficiency. I have hands-on familiarity with AWS (S3, Redshift), Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions, and I regularly prepare reports and lead communication between clients and internal teams.
