I'm looking to continue improving reliable, secure IT infrastructure through hands-on support, incident management, proactive monitoring, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

At Copart India Center, I provide remote and on-site support for network, desktop, voice, yard equipment, servers, VoIP, mobile devices, and infrastructure across yard and office locations. I contributed to the first BluCard deployment across US yards and completed a full yard remastering with minimal downtime.

Across DXC Technology, Unisys, and Dell, I've resolved L1/L2 technical issues, managed critical incidents, administered user access, and supported wired and wireless networks. My process optimization and proactive monitoring reduced incident resolution time by 30%, improved SLA compliance from 92% to 99%, and helped achieve 99.8% uptime for critical infrastructure.

I also maintain inventories, coordinate vendors and procurement, document repeatable procedures, train end users, and use root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
