I've built lifecycle marketing and automation for Pet Planet Franchise Network, Mr. Lube + Tires Canada, and my own consumer AI product, LeadPilot. I own lead routing, lifecycle stages, nurture workflows, segmentation, HubSpot hygiene, and customer communications that stay personal and timely.
At Resilient Management, I caught and fixed a silently broken Campaign Monitor nurture sequence, developed Senior Sunday and Community Partner journeys, and used campaign redemption data to improve segmentation and offers. I also use Claude Code and Zapier daily to build AI-powered workflows, reporting, and follow-up systems.
