I’m looking to lead marketing analytics for multi-channel growth—owning attribution, forecasting, dashboards, and predictive insights—while collaborating cross-functionally to improve ROAS, retention, and profitability.

I’m a Marketing Analytics Manager with 8+ years of experience turning complex marketing and customer behavior data into clear, actionable decisions. I specialize in marketing attribution, funnel performance, and revenue optimization, translating insights into the weekly actions teams can take.

At Shop Simon, I lead multi-channel marketing performance analytics for acquisition, retention, and revenue drivers. I build forecasting models, develop customer behavior and cohort analysis, and deliver predictive insights so teams can proactively adjust strategy.

I also own measurement rigor—defining and implementing marketing channel attribution with UTMs to improve accuracy and consistency in reporting. Through Tableau executive dashboards, I track ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance, and I run deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities in basket behavior, shipping costs, and returns.

Previously, at Charlotte Radiology, I built end-to-end marketing funnel dashboards combining Google Analytics and external vendor data. I created geo-based segmentation to improve physician outreach and used NLP-based sentiment analysis to identify what drives patient satisfaction, and earlier at Infosys I delivered analytics and automation for enterprise systems using Java and SQL.
