What I'm looking for
I’m a Marketing Analytics Manager with 8+ years of experience turning complex marketing and customer behavior data into clear, actionable decisions. I specialize in marketing attribution, funnel performance, and revenue optimization, translating insights into the weekly actions teams can take.
At Shop Simon, I lead multi-channel marketing performance analytics for acquisition, retention, and revenue drivers. I build forecasting models, develop customer behavior and cohort analysis, and deliver predictive insights so teams can proactively adjust strategy.
I also own measurement rigor—defining and implementing marketing channel attribution with UTMs to improve accuracy and consistency in reporting.
