I’m a results-driven ServiceNow Application Developer with five years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade IT Service Management solutions. I turn complex business requirements into elegant, scalable ServiceNow applications while staying focused on operational excellence.

I lead end-to-end custom application development—covering data modeling, table architecture, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI design—so solutions fit real enterprise needs. I also architect robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Graph API, and ServiceNow Spokes/Integration Hub for seamless cross-platform automation.

I’m especially strong in transforming and moving data accurately using Transform Maps and ETL definitions, including large-scale imports and cleansing. I optimize MRU behavior on reference fields and forms to improve retrieval speed and user experience, and I build multi-step Workflows and Flow Designer automations that translate processes into reliable low-code logic.
